2.2  All online purchases are processed using the iPayby secure payments system, ensuring high levels of security.

3.  Acceptance of Online Orders

3.1  All online orders are subject to WAPS acceptance.

3.2  If your order is not accepted, WAPS will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund to be returned back to the customer. 

4.  Availability and Delivery

4.1  Products that are not in stock when you place an order may take longer than 2 weeks to deliver.

5.  Shipping and Delivery 

5.1  WAPS offers free shipping on selected products.

5.2  Shipping charges apply to all other orders placed. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight and delivery address and will be passed on to the customer at cost.

5.3  An invoice for shipping charges will be emailed to you before dispatch at the email address you supply if shipping charges apply to your order.

5.4  Tracking numbers are provided for all customer orders.

5.5  WAPS will not deliver products without a signature on delivery upon arrival.

5.6  Deliveries for specific days, times or weekends cannot be guaranteed.

5.7  WAPS will not accept responsibility for Australia Post or Courier shipment delays or failures.

5.8  All products are shipped with insurance covering the full purchase amount. 

6.  Returns Policy

6.1  You have 7 days from receipt of your order to return products with proof of purchase.

6.2  Products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and subject to inspection.

6.3  Shipping charges on returns are not refundable.
