Free shipping is offered to customers within Australia on selected products only. The product will indicate if free shipping is available for that particular product in question. For all other products, shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we will contact you by email with the shipping costs. WAPS will not ship products until we get all relevant delivery information and authorisation from you first. If you opted for in-store pick-up, we will notify you once the goods are ready for collection.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are worked out based on the size and weight of your order, the delivery distance and the shipping method. Shipping prices are included in the majority of our online shop products.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer Australia wide delivery using Australia Post signed for service or courier service. You must supply a valid street address as PO boxes cannot always be delivered to.
Shipment wait times are delayed worldwide. Please expect to wait approximately 1-3 weeks from the date you place your order. Wait times depend on many factors, including online order processing requirements, the availability of your item (if we currently have it in stock) and corresponding Australia Post or Courier transit times. Should any unexpected delays occur with your order, we will contact you promptly to explain your current situation in further detail.
