Return Policy

Customers can return their purchased product for up to 7 days from the date you receive it, provided it meets the following conditions. Any product you return within 7 days must be unused, undamaged and fully re-sellable otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Delivery costs for sending any such product back is to be paid by the customer. Refunds will be made to debit/ credit cards within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.  WAPS cannot provide a refund or exchange where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and will make a final decision based on the above conditions being met.

Sale Item Purchases

All advertised sale items purchased online can be returned to WAPS for a full refund, provided the item meets all the conditions of our returns policy explained above. We will not provide a full refund on any full-priced or sale item due to a change of mind or finding a cheaper alternative to purchase elsewhere. Change of mind purchases are non-refundable. 

 

Faulty Products

If/when we have to send your product back to the manufacturer for a warranty claim, WAPS will ask them to assess the product in question and provide a formal written assessment within a reasonable timeframe. Whilst we always do our best to provide you with a timely resolution, please be aware it may take time to complete the process due to the number of parties involved.

 

How do I return a product?

Products are to be returned to WA Precision Surveys at the customer’s expense.
